Description
1 Highburrow sits on the South West Coast Path high above Porthleven but within a 10 minute stroll of the harbour. Boasting a gorgeous light and airy conservatory, this spacious holiday home has lovely views over the rooftops to the sea and if you’re lucky, you’ll witness some gorgeous sun sets. With some of the living rooms being on the first floor to make the most of the view, 1 Highburrow benefits from a separate living room, kitchen and dining room, a useful utility room, three bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower room) and a family bathroom with a spa bath and a shower over it. Outside, there is parking for up to four cars and a terraced garden with sea views, seating and a barbecue.
Walkers will love the position of 1 Highburrow – what could be easier than putting on your boots, walking through the front door and step foot onto the coast path for a day out walking and enjoying the stunning scenery? For those who prefer a little retail therapy, Porthleven has a wide variety of independent gift shops.

Living Room: TV with smart stick, DVD, CD player, iPod dock, sea views.
Dining Room: Dining facilities for 8.
Conservatory: Additional comfy seating with doors leading to terrace, breakfast table and chairs, sea views.
Kitchen: Ceramic hob and electric double oven, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sea views.
Bedroom 3: King-size bed (5’), bedside units, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Spa bath with shower over, underfloor heating, basin, WC.
GARDEN AND PARKING:
Terraced gardens with seating and BBQ area, sea views. Parking available for up to 4 cars.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included in rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair provided, please bring your own cot bedding.
Shop: 0.5 ml Pub: 0.5 ml
