Description
Five people and two dogs will holiday comfortably in this popular cottage overlooking Porthleven’s inner and outer harbour. A private terrace with outside furniture at the front of 7 Bay View provides a great place to watch the world go by. Inside the cottage, there is a cosy lounge/diner with comfy seating at the front overlooking the harbour and a dining table at the back, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional cloakroom.
7 Bay View is extremely close to the harbour in Porthleven and is perfect for families or groups of friends who don’t want to be too far from all the activity, but at the same time want to be in a quiet location.
GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge: Smart Freeview TV, DVD player, electric coal effect fire, fantastic sea views.
Dining Area: Original inglenook fireplace with electric fire, dining table, Welsh dresser.
Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside units, chest of drawers, harbour views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside table, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Single bed (3'), chest of drawers, harbour views.
Landing: Chest of drawers, wardrobe space.
Bathroom: Bath with electric shower over, basin.
Cloakroom: Basin, wc.
GARDEN & PARKING: Patio to the front with table and chairs and fabulous sea and harbour views. Enclosed rear courtyard with plants. No private parking but on road parking usually available nearby.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair available on request, please bring your own cot linen.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
