Description
You couldn’t get much closer to Porthleven beach than Blue Horizon – it’s literally just over the road! Sleeping three people and two dogs, this reverse-level holiday home has breathtaking sea views across Mount’s Bay to the Lizard from more or less every room.
The open plan kitchen and living area upstairs has white high-gloss kitchen units with granite work surfaces, plenty of comfortable seats and a dining table positioned by one of the windows to make the most of the view. On the ground floor, there two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. One of the bedrooms has a super king bed. The property benefits from its own private parking bay nearby which needs to be arranged at the time of booking for a small additional fee.
GROUND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Super kingsize bed (6') fantastic sea views.
Bedroom 2: Single bed (3'), chest of drawers, fantastic sea views.
Bathroom: Bath with thermostatic shower over, basin, WC.
FIRST FLOOR:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Smart TV with Sky Q, breathtaking sea views, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine.
OUTSIDE & PARKING: No outside space but there are steps down to the beach next to the property. Blue Horizon has its own parking bay just a two minute walk away, however this needs to be arranged at time of booking for an additional fee of £40.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Infrared heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. Sorry, no children under the age of 10. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
