Description
One of the original fisherman’s cottages in Loe Bar Road, Kelynack is a much loved character cottage in a wonderful position, with sea views from all of its front windows, and a garden just across the road, with a sitting area directly above the beach. From here you can see right across Mounts Bay, towards the Lizard in one direction and out towards Mousehole in the other and if you are lucky you may catch sight of dolphins or seals as they are sometimes spotted just out to sea from here.
Immediately across the road from the cottage is a private parking area and a gate to the garden, leading to a sitting area with table and chairs, and stunning views overlooking the beach and out across Mounts Bay. A parasol is kept in the cottage, for use when it is just too sunny!
GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, sea views.
Lounge/Diner: Flat screen TV, DVD player, log burner effect electric fire, sea views.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), window seat, sea views.
Bedroom 2: Small double bed (4'), window seat, sea views.
Bathroom: Shower, basin, WC.
GARDEN AND PARKING:
Garden with seating and panoramic views reached by crossing a road. Parking for up to two cars also across the road.
Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided, please bring your own bath, beach and tea towels.
Shop: 0.5 ml. Pub: 0.4 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. Mobile reception varies. Please note that towels are not provided so please bring your own bath, beach and tea towels.
