There is a high standard of furnishings and fittings in the generous sized rooms. And for those who just can't wait to get into the water, there are even body boards waiting to be used.

Small enclosed decked area with table and chairs. Wide staircase leads from the entrance hall to the first floor. Kingsize bed with bedside units and lamps, large wardrobe with mirror, flat screen TV with DVD player, cream chest of drawers. En-suite shower room with large shower enclosure, basin and WC. Spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower enclosure, hand held shower attachment over bath, basin, WC and towel rail. Double bed with bedside units and lamps, carved wood wardrobe, flat screen TV. Two 3ft wide adult size single beds, bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe, mirror.

Porthleven is a great place to stay as it has all you need with lovely restaurants, pubs, a supermarket an local shops. Kestrel House is a great base as it is so close to the centre of the village and has a good sized garage to get your car off the road. Mr Hugh Ashby - 27th September 2019
Kestral House has all you need for a very comfortable stay, including the bonus of a garage. Porthleven is beautiful, good choice of places to eat, coastal walks on the door step and bus services to Helston and Penzance within minutes of the property.
