Description
Everyone loves Mariners II because of its wonderful beachfront location, with superb views across Mounts Bay and the sounds of the waves. Steps down to the beach are just a few feet away. Presented to a very high standard in New England style furnishings, the cottage has two pairs of glass doors opening from the sitting room onto the sunny front patio. It also has its own private parking space.
Spacious open plan lounge/dining area with magnificent sea views, decorated in New England beach house style. Two glass patio doors leading to outside sitting area. Fully-equipped beech kitchen with granite worktops - integrated fridge with ice-box, dishwasher, built-in high-level electric oven, hob, microwave. Beech breakfast bar/work island. Utility room with washer/dryer and hanging space for drying clothes. Master bedroom decorated in New England style with white painted furniture and magnificent sea views from the double bed. En-suite shower room, WC and wash basin. The second bedroom has bunk beds. Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash basin.

Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: Electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, comfortable seating, sea views.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), wardrobe, sea views. En-Suite: Shower, basin, heated towel rail, WC.
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds (3').
Bathroom: Shower over bath, basin, WC.
Utility: Washer/dryer, hanging space.
GARDEN AND PARKING:
Sunny front patio overlooking the sea with seating. Private parking for one car.
Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.4 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. No pets. Superfast WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies.
