An appealing and very comfortable character holiday home, Periwinkle Cottage is just a few minutes walk from the harbour and all the village amenities. It is extremely well-equipped and has the advantage of a small, covered outside dining area and paved sitting area. On our lowest price band, Periwinkle is ideal for those on a tighter budget.

Beamed sitting room with log burner, TV with teletext, DVD player, and music system. Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher, washing machine, separate fridge and freezer, microwave, electric cooker. Family bathroom with bath and separate shower, wc and wash basin. Master bedroom with king-size bed. Second bedroom with adult-size 3ft bunk beds.

This cottage is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties or very young children due to two short flights of stairs.

GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen/Dining Room: Electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
Bathroom: Bath, separate electric shower, basin, WC.

FIRST FLOOR:
Living Room: Freeview TV, DVD player, music system, woodburning stove.

SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5’), bedside units, wardrobe, chest of drawers.  
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds (3'), chest of drawers.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Covered dining area with garden furniture. Additional paved seating area. No parking at the property but on-street parking and public car parking facilities close by.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heating, woodburner in living room.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided, please bring your own.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No Pets. No WiFi available. Mobile phone coverage varies. Please note that this cottage may not be suited to children or people with limited mobility due to the two short flights of stairs.
