Description
Sea Salt Cottage is a lovely three storey cottage in the middle of Porthleven with light and airy rooms, a wood-burning stove and a private patio. Sleeping three people and a dog, the beautifully furnished cottage has a well-equipped kitchen/diner on the lower ground floor with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The living room, which has a Smart TV and woodburning stove is on the ground floor along with a shower room; whilst the bedrooms – a double and a single with an additional pull-out single bed – are on the first floor. Outside, there is a pretty patio with raised flower borders and garden furniture.
Please note that due to this being a traditional cottage the staircase to the lower ground floor is steep and not suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. The kitchen ceiling is of average height however there are several wooden beams across the ceiling which are around 6'3 high. The doorway into the shower room is low so please mind your head.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen/Diner: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6").
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds (3').
GARDEN AND PARKING:
Small rear courtyard with seating. On-street parking is usually available.
Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 medium-sized dog, £25 per week per pet
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, please bring your own cot bedding.
Shop: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
