Description
Sea's The Day is a cute little cottage which is all on one level and very close to the centre of Porthleven. Formerly known as Bob’s Cottage, is has an enclosed rear courtyard and patio with outside furniture and a barbecue, an open-plan lounge/diner and a modern kitchen with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is a spacious double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a second bedroom with a single bed and a further pull-out single. Outside, Sea’s The Day has a private parking space for one car and is a short walk to the restaurants, cafes, galleries and shops.
GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen: Electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
Lounge: TV with Freeview.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6").
Bedroom 2: Single bed (3') with additional pull out bed.
Bathroom: Thermostatic shower over bath, basin, w.c.
GARDEN AND PARKING: Patio area with table, chairs and kettle BBQ. Private parking for one car.
Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Pet Welcome: One medium sized dog or two small dogs allowed. £25 per week per pet
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair provided, please bring your own cot bedding.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.3 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Please be aware that whilst this property can sleep 4 one of the beds is a pullout bed.
