Description
Breathtaking views can be enjoyed come rain or shine from this stylishly furnished three bedroom cottage located just a few minutes stroll from the beach, restaurants and galleries of this vibrant fishing village.
On entering the main cottage there are two double bedrooms and a wc. Upstairs there is a king bedroom, family bathroom with shower over bath and the living room where those sea views can be taken in. To the rear of the property on this floor there is a light and modern well appointed kitchen breakfast room, which leads out into the garden. Table, chairs and built in BBQ make the garden a sociable place to relax and dine.
Underfloor heating throughout ensure you are cosy and warm even in the middle of winter.
The jewel in the crown of this cottage is that it has it's own sun room opposite which sits right above the beach. There is a balcony where you can soak up the rays in summer, or you can close the French doors, and take in the breathtaking beauty of a stormy day whilst being warm and dry in comfort.
There is also the very real benefit of having it's own parking space. A rare commodity in a cottage this close to the sea front!

Kitchen/Diner: Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, French doors leading to the garden.

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, heated towel rail, wc.
SEPARATE SUNROOM:
Sofa, chairs, coffee table, balcony with views over the beach.
GARDEN AND PARKING:
Garden area with BBQ and raised patio area with table and seating. Parking for 1 car.
Changeover Day: Friday– arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to 2 medium sized dogs are welcome. £25 per week per pet
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml. Beach: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. Superfast Broadband/WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies.
