Description
This two-bedroomed cottage is a short stroll from both the beach and the harbourside and has been beautifully renovated whilst retaining many original features. Exposed stone walls and an open fireplace blend in nicely with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom has two large windows providing masses of light and amazing sea views and there is a separate cloakroom on the first floor. Suffolk Cottage welcomes one dog and the outside enclosed courtyard is a great space for your four-legged friend. There is also a private parking space for one car.

Lounge/dining room: Open fireplace, Sky TV, DVD player, video, music system.
Kitchen: Cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Superking bed (6’), 2 bedside chest of drawers, wardrobe, sea views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), 2 bedside chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Bath, shower, basin, w.c.
Cloakroom: Basin, w.c.
GARDEN & PARKING: Outside patio with table and chairs. A private parking place for 1 car.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in rent, oil-fire central heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Pets: 1 pet max; no charge.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair at the property, available on request.
Coast: 0.1 mls. Shop: 0.3 mls. Pub: 0.1 mls.
NOTES: No smoking. Pets welcome. WiFi provided.
