Description
The Manse is a great place for a group of six people and two dogs to holiday together. The large Victorian house has a separate lounge, kitchen and dining room plus a den on the ground floor and a reading room on the first floor which has lovely sea views and a telescope. It also benefits from an enclosed terraced garden, a woodburning stove, a cloakroom and shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom with a separate shower cubicle on the first floor. There is unrestricted parking on the road outside the property and it takes just a couple of minutes to walk into the centre of Porthleven with its wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs.
GROUND FLOOR:
Living Room: Freeview TV, DVD player, iPod dock/CD/radio, woodburning stove, sea views.
Dining Room: Dining space for six, sideboard.
Den: Sofabed, TV, books and games, small pool table.
Kitchen: Electric oven, fridge, dishwasher.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer.
Cloakroom: Basin, wc.
Shower: Small shower suitable for washing wetsuits or sandy feet.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5’), bedside units, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sea views.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4’6"), bedside units, wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3'), bedside unit, clothes storage, sea views.
Reading Room: Complete with telescope to take in the view.
Bathroom: Bath with mixer taps and shower hose, separate shower cubicle, basin, w.c.
GARDEN AND PARKING: Enclosed terraced garden with seating and sea views. Unrestricted on-street parking.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 dogs, £25 per week per pet
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: High chair and travel cot available, please bring your own cot linen.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
