Description
This pretty two-bedroom cottage has lovely views of Porthleven harbour, a sun deck, sun lounge and downstairs cloakroom. Tregonning has been beautifully renovated to provide a comfy holiday home for four people and two dogs. Entrance into the cottage is through the sun lounge which has fantastic sea views and wicker seating and a coffee table – perfect for watching the boating world go back. There is a living room with a woodburning stove, a well-equipped kitchen/diner and a useful cloakroom on this floor; whilst the sleeping accommodation is on the first floor. Tregonning has a double and twin bedroom – both with en-suite shower rooms. Outside there is a delightful sun deck accessed via steps to the side of the house, and through a door in the twin bedroom. On the rear terrace is a useful storage space for hanging wet suits and there is a private parking space.
GROUND FLOOR:
Sunroom: Dining table and chairs, harbour and sea views.
Lounge: Woodburner, TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD player.
Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Cloakroom: Basin, WC.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6”), bedside tables, chest of drawers, sea views. En Suite: Thermostatic shower, basin, WC.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), bedside table, wardrobe, access to sun deck. En Suite: Thermostatic shower, basin, WC.
GARDEN & PARKING: Sun deck to the rear of the property which is accessed by a flight of external stairs or via twin bedroom. Outside storage for wetsuits. Private parking for one small car.
Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Central heating throughout via air source heating.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, please bring your own cot linen.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Please be aware that the steps leading to the sun deck are steep and not suitable for those with mobility issues. Please also be aware that the parking space is small and not suitable for larger vehicles.
